The Site service
The Site is acting as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoters and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the purchaser of a ticket if the event does not take place in whole or in part. The Site is not an event promoter. Our only obligation is to provide ticketing services in respect of events organised by third party promoters. Tickets are sold subject to any house rules and regulations operated by the venue or promoter. Right of admission is reserved and may be refused without reason. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue for reasons of public safety, overcrowding or any other reason. Admission to events is by full ticket only. No readmission is allowed, unless by prior arrangement with the organisers. The customer is responsible for correctly verifying the correct day, time and location of the event and ensuring that they arrive in good time to attend the event. As The Site does not organise the events for which tickets are sold, no liability can be accepted for actual start or end time of events or indeed for the manner in which events are run. The Site does not run, promote or host events and any venue or event information posted on the Site is subject to change by the event host, promoter or organiser. If you require an accurate start / end time for an event, please contact the promoter/host. Similarly, the Site cannot be held responsible for the actual content of the event or any aspect of the performance delivered. The event organisers reserve the right to make essential changes to the performance programme without prior notice.
Availability for purchase:
The Site provides no guarantee with respect to the availability of tickets for any given event and provides no assurance that tickets will be available for purchase by the customer. Demand for certain events sold on the Site can be extremely high with thousands of customers simultaneously buying tickets through the website, shops and phone. As both the capacity of the venue and the number of tickets allocated to the Site is limited it is not possible to guarantee customers that tickets will be available for purchase.
System Malfunction or Failure:
The Site is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or expenses incurred by the customer in the event of malfunction or failure of the system which may result in failure to secure any or the desired number of tickets. The Site is dependent on other external suppliers of services (i.e., web hosting, hardware supply and support, remote back-up and disk mirroring) in providing services to customers and customers recognize that the Site can only rely on those suppliers pursuant to their individual terms and conditions and service level agreements. In the event that The Site experiences difficulties with one or more of its suppliers it will make every effort towards rectifying any such problems. The Site will not however be responsible for any loss of any nature caused to the customer as a result of difficulties with any of the Site suppliers.
Ticket Purchase Limitations:
The Site reserves the right to limit the number of tickets and type of tickets which can be ordered by a customer either in a single or multiple orders. If such a limitation exists, it will be clearly noted and it will not be possible to purchase more than this stated amount. The Site reserves the right to cancel without notice any order placed by a customer trying to exceed the specified ticket limit, by whatever means. Please note that in such cases, all orders will be placed by the customer will be cancelled and no tickets will therefore be obtained. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any orders placed do not exceed the stated maximum ticket limit.
The Site reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel an existing order without notice or providing a reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any or all orders originating from a single delivery address irrespective of whether the orders originate from a single customer or multiple individual customers.
The Site will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by a failure on the customer’s part to complete and successfully place an order for tickets. The customer is wholly responsible for ensuring that their ticket order has been completed and has been successful. If you are unclear as to whether your order for tickets has been successfully placed and to avoid inadvertently placing multiple orders, please read the related article in our FAQ. It is the customer’s responsibility to note and safely keep the confirmation number associated with their order for future reference. This number is needed by the Site customer support when dealing with queries. If you do not have your order confirmation number, it may not be possible for the Site to deal with your query.
The Site will not be held responsible for any aspect of incorrect selection of tickets by the customer including, but not limited to, event, day and / or time of performance, ticket quantity, ticket type, seating assigned and ticket delivery method. The customer is wholly responsible for ensuring that all aspects of their ticket order are correct. When purchasing from the Site please take your time and make sure you are selecting the correct tickets. Before confirming the purchase, please review all the ticket information displayed which is based on the choices you made and ensure these are fully correct. The Site will not be held responsible for such erroneous orders and cannot refund, cancel, exchange or amend tickets ordered as a result.
The Site will not be held responsible for any unwanted tickets ordered in cases where the customer has placed multiple orders, either deliberately or unintentionally. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that multiple orders for tickets are not placed where only one order is desired. The Site will not be held responsible for such erroneous orders and cannot refund, cancel, exchange or amend tickets ordered as a result of multiple orders being placed. When ordering, simply click the final confirmation button once and then be patient as your order is processed. Do not double click the final confirmation button, click it repeatedly or refresh the page. If you are unclear as to whether your order for tickets has been successfully placed and to avoid inadvertently placing multiple orders, please read the related article in our FAQ. If you encounter repeated problems while ordering and are still not clear whether you have ordered successfully or not, please do not submit multiple orders, but instead contact The Site customer support for assistance.
Order Time Limit:
The Site will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss incurred in cases where the customer failed to complete the order within the maximum time limit allowed, either per individual page or for the entire order. If you do not complete your order within the specified time limit, the tickets you have selected are released back into the pool and become available for other customers to buy. This rule is common on all ticketing websites and is required to correctly manage sale of tickets for high-demand events. In the case of high-demand events, it is possible that all tickets will have been sold to other customers in the meantime and you will be unable to secure tickets to the event when you restart the purchase process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they complete their order within the specified time limit.
The Site offers no guarantee that it will be possible to seat all members of a party in a single location within a venue for a given event. If a restriction exists on the location of seating, you will be made aware of this restriction irrespective of whether you are choosing your own seats or having ‘Best Available’ seats assigned by the system. At this point you can decide to accept the seats even though they are not located together or instead opt not to continue with the ticket order.
Delivery options are at the discretion of the event organiser.
The Site will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss incurred in cases where the customer has failed to provide the necessary facilities needed to support customer- fulfilled ticketing. Customer-fulfilled ticketing methods include Print at Home tickets, tickets delivered to the customer’s mobile phone and any other delivery methods not directly handled by the Site. Specific requirements to support customer-fulfilled ticketing methods include, but are not limited to, computer hardware, software of specific version level and configuration, accessories such as printers of specific configuration and colour / quality level, Internet access, mobile phone hardware and / or software, mobile connectivity and coverage, active SIM etc. The customer should not select a self-fulfilment delivery option if he is not confident that all requirements can be met reliably, including contingency to cover exceptional events like Internet access outages, hardware failure etc. Standard delivery methods such as post or box office collection should instead be chosen. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all required elements are in-place, in working condition and correct configuration at all times. The Site cannot assist the customer in troubleshooting any issues with required elements outlined above and cannot cancel, amend or exchange tickets ordered which cannot now be fulfilled by the customer.
Links from third party websites:
The Site accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information presented on third party websites or erroneous orders resulting from incorrect links on such websites. As we sell tickets for a large number of popular events, other third party music and entertainment websites often take it upon themselves to link to the Site so their visitors can easily buy tickets. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to double check that tickets selected are for the correct event, date and time and are at the expected price. The Site will not be held responsible for such erroneous orders and cannot refund, cancel or exchange tickets ordered as a result.
The Site is not obliged to contract with any customer. The Site reserves the absolute right to block any customer from using the Site website or any other facilities offered by the Site. Accounts can be blocked for indefinite periods at the discretion of the Site.
You may be asked to supply certain information including credit / debit card or other payment information and personal details when purchasing goods or services on the Site. By providing such information you represent and warrant that it is accurate, complete and current. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if we are not given complete and accurate information and / or are unable to contact the person who has placed the order and / or the cardholder. Please note that the sending of personal information via e-mail over the internet may not be secure and can be intercepted by third parties or incorrectly delivered. You should not divulge personal information over the internet unless you are using a secure or encrypted communications technology. We use SSL for all secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit / debit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information passes across the internet. You agree to pay all charges (including shipping and handling charges) incurred by users of your payment mechanism at the prices in effect when the purchase is made. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to such purchases. Booking fees and postage fees are non-refundable. When you order you grant The Site permission to contact your bank to validate the credit / debit card details you entered and to seek permission to debit this card for the total amount due. Similarly, you grant The Site the right to submit your personal and bank details to anti-fraud systems for assessment during the ticket purchase process.
Taxes and Duties:
By ordering on the Site you agree that you are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to such purchases.
The Site reserves the right to levy a charge for any particular service provided to the customer. In such cases, the customer will always be fully informed of such charges in advance and will need to give their agreement to the charge if they wish to avail of the service. The customer will always have the option not to proceed with availing of the service in question, if they wish. As the decision as to whether to avail of such charged-for services lies solely with the customer, the Site will not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expense incurred by the customer should he chose not to avail of the service.
Order Cancellation, Refund and Amendment
Event specific terms and conditions are generally made available by the event organiser. The Site is not responsible for these terms and conditions.
Non-receipt of confirmation emails:
If you have not received an order confirmation email, you must email the event organiser (via the 'Organiser' link on the event page).
Special offers, discounts and priority access:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the promotional code entered is the correct one for the event, is not mistyped, is valid, not expired etc and to make sure that any other conditions required by the code have been fulfilled. Most importantly, you must double check that the discount offered by the promotional code has been correctly applied prior to placing your order and that the final total due has been reduced by the correct amount. The correct discount being shown is the only final proof that the correct promotional code was correctly entered by the customer. If the discount is not applied, do not place the order. You must instead ensure all promotional code details you entered are correct. You should take care of any promotional code you receive as it can usually only be used once and is deactivated after having been used to place a ticket order. If you tell someone else the code which you were sent, they may use it and you will then not be able to receive the discount or special offer when buying tickets. Your order is accepted with the details entered by you when it was originally placed and it is not possible for The Site to revisit orders at a later stage to either apply newly available promotional codes or to resolve any issue relating to promotional code incorrectly entered by the customer. Similarly, it is not possible to cancel or amend any order involving erroneous use of a promotional code.
